This programme complies with the SIA requirements for those providing conflict management training to security officers, door supervisors and vehicle immobilisers. The SAFE programme comprises a pre-course project and three days on course, and covers both the theory of conflict management and teaches trainees how to develop their own scenario based training to deliver the Conflict Management module effectively.
