Placing an Order Learning resource materials are sold subject to receipt of a license agreement. We would wish however to specifically draw you attention to the following aspect of our terms and conditions: Payment: Payment for training courses is required in advance of commencement. SAFE reserve the right to withhold certification or candidate registration with regard to public awards until payment is made. For all other activities our terms are 30 days net unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation: We recognise the operational pressures on those working within the security industry and our policy is to accommodate customer needs wherever we can. Our approach to cancellation is as follows: § Full refund for courses cancelled in writing with notification received more than 28 calendar days in advance of course commencement. § A cancellation fee for courses cancelled in writing with notification received as follows:
§ In the case that a course is re-scheduled, cancellation fees will be waived subject to payment of the course fees in full within seven days of such request. However, there is a 10% administration charge for this service. § SAFE allow candidate substitution at no additional charge. Copyright: SAFE owns the copyright to the materials that it produces, unless expressly stated to the contrary. SAFE materials must not be copied or reproduced in any format, or sold or sub licensed without the express written permission of SAFE Ltd. Changes: SAFE reserves the right to make modifications to course programmes but will make every effort to advise customers of any changes in advance of any course programme commencing. Accommodation: The cost of overnight accommodation is not included in our prices. SAFE has however negotiated preferential rates in a wide range of accommodation.
