Developed with our partners esteemed Calm Training, it covers not only disengagement, non-restrictive and restrictive methods of physical intervention, but also includes lessons on the law and risks in relation to the use of physical intervention which will help inform security staff on best practices using physical intervention techniques in their jobs.
Content
- Understanding physical intervention
- Reducing risk of harm
- Non-aggressive stances and methods
- Protect from assault with physical intervention
- Good practice after physical intervention
Training materials are provided on a USB device and include the following:

The materials are licensed on a yearly basis and any changes in legislation will be updated free of charge within the license period. The materials are protected; they cannot be edited in any way.
